Board of Directors Announcement
Upon resolution of the Board of Directors, effective immediately:
Mr. Yang Du, former General Manager of the Company, has been appointed as the General Manager of our U.S. subsidiary, TURBOFUL, INC., where he will be fully responsible for strategic planning, business development, and daily operations.
Mr. Xinfang Du, the current Deputy General Manager, has been promoted to serve as the new General Manager of the Company. He will oversee the overall business management, lead the implementation of the Company’s strategic objectives, and further strengthen our core competitiveness and market influence.
The Board of Directors extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Yang Du for his outstanding contributions during his tenure as General Manager and looks forward with great confidence to the leadership of Mr. Xinfang Du in his new role. We believe that under the new management structure, the Company will embrace more steady and rapid growth.
